1. Orders & Customization

🧵 Custom Orders: All embroidered items are made to order. Customers must review and approve all design details before placing an order. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
🚫 Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes or refunds.
📏 Sizing & Design Accuracy: Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size and design specifications. We are not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.

2. Pricing & Payments

💳 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
🏷 Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Promotional discounts and special offers may have expiration dates.

3. Shipping & Delivery

🚚 Processing Time: Custom orders take 5-10 business days before shipping. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will assist in tracking lost packages.

4. Returns & Refunds

🔹 Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part.
🔹 Defective or Incorrect Orders: If we make a mistake, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will either replace or refund the item.
🔹 Non-Custom Items: May be returned within 14 days if unworn and unwashed.

5. Intellectual Property

🛑 All designs, logos, and images on our website are the property of R&S Thread Co and may not be used, copied, or resold without permission.

6. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:
