At R&S Thread Co, we take pride in crafting high-quality embroidered apparel made just for you! Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict but fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our business.

Returns & Exchanges

🔹 Custom Orders: Since all embroidered items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs unless there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect thread color, misspelled text, or wrong garment size if different from the order).

🔹 Non-Custom Items: If you purchased a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a defect or an error caused by us, please email us at  Rsthreadco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ A clear photo of the issue
✅ Your order number

We will gladly remake or refund the item at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Due to the quick turnaround of our embroidery process, orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Final Sale Items

🚫 Gift cards, clearance items, and heavily discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
