Processing Time

🧵 Custom Embroidery Orders: Because each piece is made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production before shipping.
👕 Non-Custom Items: These typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

📦 Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Cost calculated at checkout
🚀 Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Additional cost applies

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey!

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over $49

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

🔹 Tracking Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Get It? – Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us at rsthreadco@gmail.com within 7 days, and we’ll assist you.
🔹 Lost in Transit? – If your package has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
🔹 We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

Address Errors & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
